    no its on default i mean its one of thesecurity features that tuneup provides. i am using it and i have it enabled. its no problem. so just enable it and if u dont want to thats ok (i asssume u have some nice internet security installed)

    If you already have a firewall and decent anti virus i wouldnt worry about that as tune up isnt really a protection program.
