do a thorough google search on the subject and you should be able to find one that will work for your situation - there are plenty of them so could not recommend one without researching it

    I don't think it's a good idea since you're in a eBanking environment.

Maby a better idea might be to 'watch' them in realtime - using some remote desktop technology you'll get to see what they are doing at present.

If you want to watch their screens in real time you'll need to have administrative privs on the target PC and you'll need to get some remote desktop server/client. WinVNC is good. There is also IntelliAdmin. You can switch both these apps in 'view only' mode so input from your keyboard and mouse won't be induced onto the remote target PC thereby arising suspicion.

    WinVNC FREE Edition:

Apart from the above the only other thing I think of is to use the parent controls in Vista, that's if you're using Vista.

See these articles for more info:

    PS
Be sure to password protect and encrypt the remote connections.

    Good luck

If they are younger children who aren't that computer savvy, you can also monitor the history and cookies found in your browser to trace their tell-tale tracks. But, I agree with methc...nothing beats a little one on one time. Putting myself in the tyke's place, I would feel much better knowing that my folks have taken the time to instill a sense of honesty, trust and integrity rather than just spy on me. Back that up with parental control software, dependable anti-malware software and a moderate PC housekeeping regimen. Have them promise that they will never surf the danger zones to help them establish a healthy reputation that you can depend on. If if they should ever break their bond, sell them to the highest bidder! (Just kidding!) That should protect you and yours pretty well.

I want to know how my children use my PC with internet. If I install a keylogger programme, will it spy my computer for someone else and send all the information to them? I have ebanking facility. So I have to be cautious. Please explain if it is safe[/b] to install a keylogger in my PC.

  2.
No, I don’t think so. If you had protected Keylogger with Password then on one, else check that with out putting the correct pass. So I think it’s safe to use, but do not forget to protect that with pass

    Thanks,

It depends on where you get the monitoring software. Why would you install a pirated copy of a program which closely resembles dangerous malware if you can't verify it's integrity? Passwords may not be enough if the program has been hacked to facilitate the use of "back doors".

In my opinion, taking a chance with personal information which, in this case, includes personal finances is not worth it. What do you think?
