    Method 2:
    1. View the page in source mode

    From menu bar...

    Using Firefox:
    View->Page Source or Ctrl+U

    Using IE:
    View->Source

    2. Find the text in the source code
    3. Hilite by placing cursor at beginning of text to be copied, hold down shift key and click at end of text to be copied.
    4. With text hilited, copy (Ctrl+C). Use Ctrl+V to paste text.

    I'm pretty sure that won't work.

    Flash websites are usually uploaded to the server then embedded which means you can't actually see the content by viewing source, only that there is a flash movie.
    (Correct me if I'm wrong)


    Method 3: See if it's got a HTML version of the website, most flash sites do.

    Try Firebug Firefox addon, I think it might help you..
