ok most of you were right the memory wasnt pushed in all the way (i had to go very deep ). it boots up now yeah!!! Thanks for the help. But now another problem lol. Monitor isnt turning on, i tried a vga and dvi cable and monitor is still in stanby, it could be the monitor itself that doesnt work, or both cables. I saw a window that said entering power saver mode push keyboard or mouse to restore, which ive done to no sucess. ideas?

and yes it was pink bubble wrap that i used which came with my graphics card

    graphics card???
  1.
This can only be one of two problems. I defunct graphics adapter or a week power supply. Does your graphics card require additional power connector. Make sure that cable isn't split too many times (being shared with other devices).

Will the graphics card work in another PC? Will another graphics card work in this PC? Are the cables tightly connected both at the graphics card port and monitor?

you should have used a static band. Check all the cables and connections again
